Meet Katie, our dedicated team member who thrives on fostering a supportive environment where everyone can flourish. Specializing in Team Member well-being, company culture management, and strategic planning, Katie is instrumental in creating a positive workplace atmosphere. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys leisurely walks with her dog, Louie, practicing meditation, and cherishing moments with her husband, Ryan, and their lovely daughters, Gwen & Vivian, alongside cherished friends and family. And here's a fun fact about Katie: she can recite the alphabet backwards!

Meet Ryan Pope, a seasoned professional with a 17-year career in electrical work. Renowned as an electrician and master electrician, Ryan ensures flawless project execution. With over 6 years in gas fitting and expertise in critical fire safety systems, he offers comprehensive building life safety solutions. Proficient in maintaining fire protection equipment and installing security systems, Ryan looks forward to adventurous retirement with his wife, Katie.

Sean has years of industry knowledge and as a certified electrician and gas technician; Sean understands building code requirements, and inspection guidelines and is a very proficient problem solver. 

Sean has a calm and steady approach to all areas of his work making him a delight to work with.

When you call into the office, chances are you'll have the pleasure of speaking with Holly. Holly is the office manager and has been a part of the team for over 5 years. She is approachable, timely and organized and she works diligently to support our clients.  

Curtis is a dedicated apprentice electrician on the Motion Services team. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn, Curtis plays a key role in supporting our electrical projects. He’s passionate about growing in the trade and always brings a positive attitude to the job site. We’re proud to have him on our team!

Matthew Vos has been a skilled HVAC technician with our team since July 2021, bringing expertise and dedication to every heating, ventilation, and air conditioning project. With his 313D certification and a commitment to excellence, Matthew ensures that every HVAC system he works on operates at peak performance and efficiency

Frazer Devries joined our team on May 2024, and has quickly become an integral part of our workforce. He finds immense satisfaction in the variety of work and the camaraderie among his colleagues. Frazer specializes in troubleshooting and residential electrical projects, demonstrating a knack for resolving complex issues efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports in his spare time. An interesting tidbit about Frazer is that despite his love for sports, he has never been on a winning team. Despite this, his determination and team spirit shine through in everything he does.

Introducing Jared Laugier, a seasoned Electrician and Fire Alarm Technician who has been a vital part of our team since July 2021. Renowned for his diligent work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication, Jared brings a wealth of expertise to every project he undertakes. His infectious positivity and welcoming personality create an uplifting atmosphere on any jobsite. With extensive training in inspecting various systems across diverse facilities, including Municipal Buildings, Schools, Social Housing, and Manufacturing Facilities, Jared ensures the safety and efficiency of critical systems. We are privileged to have Jared on our team, where his professionalism and commitment continually elevate our standards of excellence.

Meet Fraser Clark, a vibrant addition to our team who embarked on his professional journey as an Electrical Apprentice in December 2023. Fueled by a profound passion for learning and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Fraser embodies the spirit of dedication and growth within our organization.

Since his induction, Fraser has eagerly seized every opportunity to expand his knowledge and hone his skills in the electrical trade, demonstrating a remarkable aptitude for mastering its intricacies.

Introducing Abby O'Donnell, our Administrative Assistant, whose meticulous approach and adept organizational skills streamline our office operations. With a proven track record in administrative management, Abby adeptly handles a myriad of tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication within our team. Her commitment to excellence and collaborative spirit make her an indispensable member of our organization

David is a dedicated Electrical Apprentice and Fire Alarm Tech Trainee who has been a valuable member of the Motion team since August 2022. He enjoys the diverse nature of his work, the camaraderie with his colleagues, and the delicious snacks provided. With a growing passion for fire alarm systems, David is eager to continue developing his skills in this area. Outside of work, he finds relaxation in playing guitar and cherishes his classic 1970 Mercury Couga.

Gwen is a young and aspiring learner and leader who approaches every task with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Whether she’s cleaning the shop, assisting in the office, or helping with fire alarm tests, Gwen’s dedication and work ethic make her a valuable addition to our team. Her willingness to learn and take on new challenges demonstrates her commitment to growth and excellence in everything she does.
